Most suppliers disappear after delivery. Infrecx stays on the contract: every fault is logged as a ticket against your contract, routed to an engineer and tracked until it is closed, so you can show the service record when the AMC comes up for renewal.

Who is Infrecx?
Infrecx IT Solutions is the IT infrastructure division of Dryshades Private Limited. It supplies, installs and maintains computers, networks, CCTV, servers, AV and power for government departments, PSUs and institutions. Every bid, invoice and contract is in the name of Dryshades Private Limited.
Are you a registered GeM seller?
Yes. Dryshades Private Limited is a registered GeM seller (seller ID ZNY2260013937447) and is MSME registered under Udyam (UDYAM-HR-07-0034799).
Do you only supply, or also install and maintain?
All three. We supply against the tender, install and commission on site, and maintain under AMC or CMC. Supply, installation and maintenance can sit in one contract, with one point of accountability.
Can you give a budgetary quotation before the tender is published?
Yes. Send the specification or a draft BOQ and we return a budgetary quotation with make options, the Make in India class of each make, GST, warranty and installation scope, formatted for an estimate file.
Do you take AMC for equipment you did not supply?
Yes. Send the asset list (make, model, quantity, location, age) and we quote a non-comprehensive AMC or a comprehensive CMC, after a site check where the equipment is old or the list is incomplete.
How do I report a fault under an AMC?
Raise a service ticket on this site with your contract or PO number, the site and the asset. You get a ticket number straight away and can track it until it is closed.
Have a tender, BOQ or a list of equipment?
Send it as it is: a bid number, a PDF, an Excel BOQ or a plain description. You get a reference number immediately.
