Which entity bids and invoices?
Dryshades Private Limited, GSTIN 06AAMCD1475B1ZW, GeM seller ID ZNY2260013937447. Infrecx IT Solutions is its IT infrastructure division; it is not a separate company.
Can you give a budgetary quotation for an estimate or indent?
Yes. Send the specification or draft BOQ. You get make options, the Make in India class of each make, GST, warranty, installation scope and validity, laid out for an estimate file.
Do you supply Make in India Class-I products?
Yes. Class-I local makes are offered first on every government line, and the local-content class is declared from the manufacturer's own declaration, never assumed.
Can you produce an OEM authorisation (MAF) with the bid?
Where a bid asks for a MAF or an OEM warranty letter, it is arranged through the OEM or its authorised distributor and produced with the bid. If a MAF cannot be obtained for a make, we say so before you rely on it.
Do you quote installation and CMC with the supply?
Yes, in the split the tender asks for: supply only, supply with installation, or supply with installation and a multi-year CMC. Each part is priced separately so the evaluation is clean.
Does MSE purchase preference apply?
Dryshades Private Limited is Udyam-registered. Whether MSE preference or EMD exemption applies depends on the bid and on whether the scope is goods or services; we read it bid by bid and do not assume it.
Which locations do you cover?
Delivery anywhere in India. Installation and AMC are carried out by our team and verified regional partners, under one contract with Dryshades Private Limited.
