This website is operated by Dryshades Private Limited (CIN U47912HR2025PTC137850) under the brand Infrecx IT Solutions. This policy explains what we collect through the website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send in a form: name, designation, organisation, email, mobile number, location, the requirement or fault, and any file you attach.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the site: IP address and browser type, used to stop spam and abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.
How we use it
- To respond to your requirement, prepare quotations and bids, and carry out installation and maintenance.
- To share the relevant parts of a requirement with OEMs, distributors and service partners when that is needed to quote or deliver. We share only what the job needs.
- To keep a record of service tickets for your contract, audit and renewal.
Storage and retention
Submissions and files are stored on our hosting in India, outside the public web folder, and are accessible only to the Infrecx desk. We keep records for as long as the business relationship and statutory record-keeping require, and delete them on request where the law allows.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by writing to info@infrecx.com. This policy is intended to be read with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
