Information on this site
Product and service descriptions are general. Specifications, prices, delivery periods, warranty and service levels are binding only when stated in a written quotation, a purchase order or a signed contract.
Requirements, quotations and contracts
Submitting a requirement does not create a contract. A contract is formed only by a purchase order, a GeM contract or a signed agreement with Dryshades Private Limited. Service levels for AMC and CMC are those written in the contract.
Files you upload
You confirm you are entitled to share any file you upload. We use it only to respond to your requirement or ticket.
Trademarks
Brand and product names of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to describe products we supply or service. Their use does not imply endorsement unless an authorisation is stated.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Liability under a supply or service contract is governed by that contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Haryana.
