How it works
From the first message to the last service visit, a requirement keeps one reference number and one owner at Infrecx.
Send the requirement
A bid number, BOQ, indent, asset list or a plain description, by the website, email or WhatsApp. You get a reference number immediately; no account needed.
Scope and site survey
We read the specification and the scope split (supply, installation, CMC). Where the job needs it, an engineer visits the site to check power, cabling routes and the existing installation.
Make options and compliance
Class-I Make in India makes first, authorised global OEMs where the bid allows. MAF, warranty letters and local-content declarations are checked before a make is offered.
Quotation
Line by line, with supply, installation and maintenance priced separately, GST shown and delivery to each consignee. For estimates, the same layout as a budgetary quotation.
Supply and installation
Delivered through authorised channels, installed and configured to an agreed plan, and accepted on site against the specification.
Handover
Asset register with serial numbers, test reports, network and camera layouts, warranty letters and administrator credentials, handed over in one file.
AMC and the ticket desk
Every fault becomes a ticket against the contract and is tracked until it is closed. Preventive visits run on a written schedule.
Track any request or ticket at any time with its reference number on the Track page.
Start with what you have
A bid number is enough to start. A full BOQ gets you a faster, line-by-line answer.
