INFRECXIT Solutions
After delivery

Installation, AMC & managed services

The work after delivery is where most IT contracts go wrong. Infrecx installs, documents and then maintains, with every fault logged as a ticket against your contract.

Installation & commissioning

Installed, configured, proven

  • Site readiness check before dispatch: power, earthing, racks, cable routes
  • Installation and configuration to an agreed plan (IP plan, VLANs, camera views)
  • Acceptance test against the specification, signed on site
  • Handover file: asset register, serials, test reports, diagrams, warranty letters
  • User and administrator training where the scope includes it
AMC · CMC · FMS

Maintained, with a record

  • AMC (non-comprehensive): labour, preventive visits and fault repair; parts quoted separately
  • CMC (comprehensive): labour and parts covered, as the contract defines
  • FMS: on-site engineers stationed at your premises for the contract term
  • Preventive maintenance on a written schedule, with service reports
  • Includes equipment Infrecx did not supply, after an asset check
How a fault is handled

Every fault is a ticket, and every ticket closes

Your users report a fault by phone, WhatsApp, email or this website. Whatever the channel, it becomes a ticket with a number, a priority and an owner, and you can see its status at any time.

Logged

Ticket number issued against your contract, site and asset.

Prioritised & assigned

Critical, high or normal, and an engineer named, per the contract's SLA clause.

Resolved

Repaired on site, replaced, or escalated to the OEM under warranty, with the part and the serial recorded.

Closed & reported

Closed with your sign-off. The service record is ready for audit and the next renewal.

Getting an AMC quote

What to send for an accurate AMC price

An AMC is priced on the equipment, not on a guess. The more of this you send, the fewer assumptions in the quote.

Asset list

Make, model and quantity of each item. An Excel sheet or a photo of the stock register is fine.

Age & warranty

Year of purchase and whether any items are still under OEM warranty.

Locations

Sites and buildings, and whether an on-site engineer is needed.

Contract terms

AMC or CMC, the period, and the SLA clause if a tender defines one.

Need an AMC or CMC for IT you already own?

Upload the asset list. Where the list is incomplete or the equipment is old, we propose a site check before pricing.
